Lead Barista
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Lead Barista who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea while leading and mentoring other coffee shop staff members. Responsibilities: Train and mentor coffee shop team members. Order supplies, create schedules, and complete other leadership admin duties. Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests. Including any special needs or requests through using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; provide items to the guest at the counter or table in a timely manner. Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
