Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Barista who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, and food items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required. Responsibilities Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests. Including any special needs or requests through using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; provide items to the guest at the counter or table in a timely manner. Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Preferred Qualifications and Skills High school or college degree preferred Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Coffee, tea, and food knowledge Strong commitment to service Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States Benefits!
