Manage an assigned book of business consisting of home, auto, and select high-value accounts. Handle servicing, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing to ensure strong client retention. Quote and bind new business from inbound opportunities no cold calling or sales metrics. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to deliver excellent client service. Qualifications
2+ years of Personal Lines experience (3+ years preferred, high tenure valued). Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Experience handling high-net-worth accounts is a plus. Professional, dependable, and client-focused. Familiarity with agency management software preferred. Compensation Package
Base Salary: $50,000 $60,000 (commensurate with experience).
