As a
Spine Sales Associate , youll gain hands-on experience in the operating room, build strong relationships in the medical field, and develop the technical and clinical skills needed to succeed in spine sales. What Youll Do : Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts Ensure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity What You Bring: Associates degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience 4+ years of military service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule Why VB Spine? Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is
$60,000 - $70,000
annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
