About the location:
Poolside paradise meets city sleek under the Miami sun. Above the trendy Brickell Avenue find the best of both big city adventure and a tropical getaway arrive at our lifestyle-inspired lobby, savour the fun and flavourful dining experiences, and spend the day with a swim or sway in a hammock within our two-acre sun-kissed sanctuary. Its all set against the Miami skyline overlooking the citys fashionable art, dining, and entertainment scenes just minutes from our doorstep.
About The Role
The Pool/Bahia Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. You will work closely with our kitchen and wait staff to deliver a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests tables accurately and efficiently. Ensure that food is presented beautifully, following the restaurants plating standards. Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Anticipate guests' needs and assist with special requests as necessary. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service. Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
Experience Required
