Position Summary Were seeking an experienced
High-Net-Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Manager
to service and grow a portfolio of affluent clients. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who excels at relationship management, understands the complexities of HNW accounts, and can deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance for HNW individuals and families Advise clients on appropriate coverage, identify gaps, and present tailored solutions Handle policy renewals, marketing, endorsements, and billing inquiries Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high-touch service experience Partner with carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms Support producers in developing new business opportunities within the HNW space Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and market developments affecting affluent clients Qualifications
2+ years of personal lines account management experience, preferably with HNW or private client accounts Property & Casualty license required (CIC, CPRM, or other relevant designations a plus) Solid knowledge of insurance products and markets for high-value homes, autos, valuables, watercraft, and umbrellas Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering white-glove service Compensation & Benefits
