We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Personal Lines Marketing Specialist to join a well-established agency in Baltimore, MD . This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in personal lines by gaining exposure to a variety of carriers and working closely with both clients and producers. Key Responsibilities : Assist in quoting new and renewal business across multiple personal lines carriers. Collaborate directly with underwriters at various carriers to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance. Work alongside producers and account managers to finalize and issue new policies. Help maintain strong carrier relationships and gain insight into carrier appetite, coverage nuances, and procedures . Support the agency’s marketing efforts by ensuring proposals are competitive, complete, and aligned with client needs. Qualifications : Experience in personal lines insurance (agency or carrier side) preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and carrier representatives. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within the personal lines space. P&C license is a plus but not required to start.
