Active Top Secret Responsibilities
Utilize security concepts, principles, and practices to analyze and resolve complex security issues. Collaborate with other SIS offices and divisions. Develop solutions and communicate with internal and external customers. Provide security guidance to contractors based on DoD and IC regulations. Monitor security applications and maintain records. Prepare and disseminate security procedures and conduct investigations. Interpret security policies regarding classified materials. Manage SCI and collateral information. Act as liaison between NGA and other agencies. Prepare security materials for shipment and outgoing classified messages. Deliver briefings and prepare correspondence. Recommend classification/protection of security data. Manage requests for polygraphs, clearances, and investigations. Assist in security guidance documentation and contingency planning. Conduct site security surveys and ensure compliance with standards. Provide industrial security guidance and support OPSEC programs. Ensure compliance with policies and standards. Prepare security briefings and products, and provide technical expertise. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with IC security repositories (DISS, Scattered Castles, etc.). Report writing experience. Security briefings/training experience for non-security personnel. Desired Skills: Generating security metrics. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC). Managing SCIF locations per ICD 705. Using online communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Familiarity with DD 254 security classification specifications. Experience in multiple security disciplines. Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma 5 years of experience in security fields Additional Information
