This role involves maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety and alcohol service guidelines, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.This role will pay an hourly rate of $4.35 and is tip eligibleThis is a seasonal role from July 21, 2025 and will end on October 21, 2025.This position will remain open until October 21, 2025.Greet guests promptly and professionallyPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesCheck IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with lawsHandle cash and POS transactions accuratelyKeep the bar area clean, stocked, and organizedMaintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar menu offeringsSupport other team members during busy times or eventsReport any safety, intoxication, or guest concerns to managementUphold company policies and deliver excellent customer experiencesMust be at least 18 (or 21 depending on local laws) years of agePrior experience in a bar, nightclub, or hospitality setting preferredTABC or equivalent alcohol service certification (if applicable)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysCapable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbsTeam-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearanceAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
