You'll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, email marketing tools, and other digital platforms.

You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing team-copywriters, video producers, and creative specialists-to ensure campaigns are well-executed, on-brand, and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads and other simplified platforms.
  • Build and launch campaigns, including ad groups, keywords, and negative keyword lists.
  • Develop and implement email templates and collaborate on ad design needs with creative teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to test new creative concepts and strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure (ad groups, negative keywords, bidding strategies).
  • Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of the Google Marketing Suite, including:
    • Google Analytics (UA and GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Search Console
    • Google Data Studio
    • Google Optimize
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with creative teams.
  • Prior experience in email marketing platforms (setup, deployment, templates).
Preferred Attributes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see the "end state" of campaigns.
