Two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed for a K-12 school setting in Columbus, GA. These contract positions are for the full school year, providing essential behavior support and interventions in an educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide treatment decisions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student growth and behavioral success. Provide training and supervision to behavioral support staff and paraprofessionals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and professional standards.
