A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Hazlehurst, GA, supporting a PreK-12 school district. This contract position is set for the new school year and offers a dynamic environment to apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis within an educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop behavior intervention plans. Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and staff on implementing ABA strategies effectively in the classroom. Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes across all grade levels (PreK-12). Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary to ensure maximum impact. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Current BCBA certification required. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong skills in conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans. Ability to train and mentor school personnel in ABA methodologies. Flexible approach to scheduling, with availability for approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
