Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service consistency.

  • Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and labor costs effectively.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to achieve financial targets.

  • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and a calm approach.

  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and hospitality service standards is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
