Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service consistency.
Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and labor costs effectively.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to achieve financial targets.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and a calm approach.
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and hospitality service standards is a plus.
