About the RoleAs Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Chef and management team to help lead day-to-day kitchen operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting a positive, collaborative workplace.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support kitchen staff in daily prep and service.
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Assist in menu development and seasonal changes.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sous chef or senior line cook role at a restaurant of similar caliber.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Dedication to consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Ability to thrive under pressure while fostering a positive work environment.
- NYC DOH Food Handler License
$70,000 salary in the first year.
