The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless, world-class experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for hospitality, a hands-on leadership style, and an eye for detail that aligns with the elevated standards of Flyfish Club.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all aspects of daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
• Support, train, and mentor FOH team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Act as a key point of contact for members during service, managing requests, concerns, and special moments with discretion and care
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely service
• Monitor floor appearance, cleanliness, and ambiance in alignment with brand standards
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management in partnership with the General Manager
• Assist in the execution of member events, private dining, and special experiences
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of floor management experience in a fine-dining, luxury hospitality, or private club environment
• Proven ability to lead high-performing service teams with professionalism and grace
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards
• Poised and confident in high-touch, guest-facing settings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible and calm under pressure; able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
