Software Engineer - D365 and PowerApps

Job Responsibilities: Participate in the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Develop and customize business solutions within Dynamics 365 using best practices. Build complex integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure and related services. Create and maintain applications with Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and deliver insights using Power BI. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across solutions. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service modules. C# proficiency for plugin development, including understanding of secure vs. unsecure configurations. Strong SQL skills for data handling and reporting tasks. Solid grasp of Power Automate, including: Types of flows (automated, instant, scheduled) Error handling techniques Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and Common Data Service (Dataverse). Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 solutions. Knowledge of Azure services that integrate with Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus). Understanding of key business processes across various industries. Preferred Skills: Prior experience designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Power Platform. Familiarity with modern authentication and security protocols for Dynamics 365. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales/Field Service Functional Consultant (a plus) Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
