Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Job location: Miami, FL Full time Direct

Job details We are seeking both junior and mid-level associates (1-5 years of experience) to join its Labor & Employment practice in the Miami office. The ideal candidate will have experience at a large law firm and a strong background in employment law. This includes handling single and multi-plaintiff litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. Candidates should also have experience with wage and hour matters, discrimination claims, and class or collective actions. Additional responsibilities include drafting and briefing motions, managing e-discovery (Client), and supporting complex litigation from inception through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected national practice within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience. They will consider a 2024 graduate that have been practicing for a year if they are exceptional. In addition, they will consider someone with a little over 5 years who may have worked for the government or a boutique firm rather than a big law firm, as long as they are open to a lower class year, as a 5th year is the highest salary. They are open to relocation as long as the candidate is either a member of the FL bar or open to becoming a member (please keep in mind FL is not a waive in state). Strong academics are required, as well as a very stable background.
