Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Additional Information
