This position does not have direct reports but will be responsible for coordinating and supporting multiple client accounts.

Client Services Coordinator

Richmond, CA | Full-Time

Compensation: $28/hour

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, CA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting multiple accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. While this position does not include direct reports, it requires ownership of client communications, follow-ups, and account coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison for multiple accounts, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Monitor account activity and provide timely updates on statuses, deliverables, and progress.

Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are managed.

Track account performance and flag opportunities for improvement or added support.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

2+ years of client-facing, account coordination, or customer support experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.

Pay Details:

$28.00 per hour
