A family-owned construction company with 50+ years of success is looking for a rockstar
Office Manager / Controller
to run the show behind the scenes. Based just outside Richmond in
Oilville, VA , this role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, variety, and making things happen without a lot of handholding.
What You'll Do: Own all things accounting: QuickBooks, AIA billing, AR/AP, and more Keep the books clean and tight, working closely with our external CPA Oversee utility tickets, HR tasks, admin work-and yes, be the occasional team therapist Wear many hats and keep the office humming Be the go-to person we all rely on What We're Looking For:
Solid accounting background (bonus points if you've worked in construction) Degree? Helpful, not required Someone who's proactive, reliable, and not afraid to take charge Must love getting things done (with minimal hand-holding) The Details:
Full-time,
onsite
(Mon-Fri), with early exits some Fridays 100% company-paid health insurance
for employees 6% 401(k) match
with profit sharing 3 weeks PTO + 2 weeks off at Christmas + 1 week around July 4th + holidays
