Description
• Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and physical files.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee reviews and performance assessments.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Responsible for monthly union-reporting and related communication with unions and union employees.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the CFO.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
