Facilities Protection Supervisor

Oversee a team responsible for physical security and fire protection to ensure the safety of personnel and property. This role involves managing recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluations, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition or disciplinary actions for subordinate staff. Key responsibilities include: Supervising employees providing physical security and fire protection services. Coordinating recruitment, training, and development of team members. Conducting performance assessments and managing work assignments. Overseeing salary administration and implementing recognition and disciplinary actions. Managing the deployment and activities of patrol vehicles, emergency firefighting equipment, radar systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and communication systems. Establishing and conducting regular security inspections. Collaborating with firefighting and law enforcement agencies to enhance safety protocols. Pay rate: $62,200 - $109,595 in California and New York, and other specified locations.
