A small but busy utility contractor, is hiring a full-time, long-term Office Manager to manage payroll, A/P, A/R, and union reporting. This in-office role supports a tight-knit team and will eventually expand to include work for their sister company. You'll handle certified payroll, workers comp reports, audits, and QuickBooks entries, while keeping communication flowing across teams and agencies.

Required Skills & Experience • Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, OneDrive • Familiarity with certified payroll and public works reporting • Experience in construction or utility contracting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Knowledge of GC Pay or similar contractor platforms • Willingness to assist with general office tasks (e.g., truck mileage reports) • Comfortable with union-related documentation and audits

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
