Birdon is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
HR Coordinator/Recruiter
with a strong focus on
exempt level recruiting
to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting the HR function including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. This is an onsite position!
Some of the main duties include: Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional roles across multiple departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments. Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns. Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Minimum Qualifications include:
5+ years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on recruiting.
Experience with exempt level hiring in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms (preferably ADP Workforce Now). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
