Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments. Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care. Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments. Communicate with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests Collect insurance information and patient personal data. May collect fees such as co-pays / co-insurance. Qualifications
Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): NA Experience (required): 2 year of customer service experience, clerical, or business-related experience Overview: From primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
