Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the integrity and proper operation of all new and existing High voltage primary distribution (600v and above), secondary voltage distribution (600V and below) critical emergency, co-generation, and photovoltaic (solar cell) electrical systems to ensure power interruptions to VA operations are kept to a minimum and the quality of patient care at a maximum.
Responsibilities
Maintain and operate high voltage (600v and above) primary distribution systems, secondary voltage (600v and below) distribution systems, critical emergency electrical systems, co-generation, and photovoltaic (solar cell) electrical systems to minimize power interruptions to VA operations and maximize patient care quality.
