Location: Atlanta, GA | Pay Rate: $40/hour | Schedule: FT/Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a sharp, inquisitive, and solutions-driven Business Analyst to join our team in the Consumer Products industry. In this key role, you'll analyze how our client's business works-across systems, data, and processes-to identify opportunities for improvement and help design smarter, more efficient ways of working.

From supporting product and system development to reporting on performance metrics, your insights will shape business strategies and drive operational success.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business operations, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

• Design and support process improvements and system enhancements

• Build and modify reports using financial and operational data to support informed decision-making

• Prepare and execute test scenarios for new tools, processes, or system changes

• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption across departments

• Track and report on KPIs to monitor progress and performance

• Work cross-functionally with teams in IT, finance, operations, and product development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing business processes and documenting requirements

• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with change and adaptable in dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Experience in the consumer products industry

• Background in change management or process redesign

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
