Rate Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. w2
Responsibilities Work with a Senior BA and Project Manager to figure out the ROI (return on investment) for existing programs.
Analyze available data (not heavy coding or advanced analytics) and turn it into clear, useful insights for leadership.
Help senior leaders make strategic decisions by providing data and recommendations.
Create user stories and use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting.
Be part of a team building a Center of Excellence to share best practices across the company.
Experience Requirements 5+ years of business analysis experience.
Someone who asks the right questions, digs into data, and tells a clear story.
Comfortable working with limited datasets—this is not a heavy technical or coding role.
Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Education Requirements Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this position.
