Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $35 - $45 / hr. W2

Responsibilities

• Work with a Senior BA and Project Manager to figure out the ROI (return on investment) for existing programs.
• Analyze available data (not heavy coding or advanced analytics) and turn it into clear, useful insights for leadership.
• Help senior leaders make strategic decisions by providing data and recommendations.
• Create user stories and use Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting.
• Be part of a team building a Center of Excellence to share best practices across the company.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Someone who asks the right questions, digs into data, and tells a clear story.
• Comfortable working with limited datasetsthis is not a heavy technical or coding role.
• Financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree and relevant work experience is required for this position.
