Insight Global is hiring: Business Analyst in Dearborn

• Oversee budgets for prototype parts, vehicle orders, personnel headcount, and purchase service orders.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reporting delivering for the Director.
• Align staffing plans with corporate strategy over a 5-year horizon.
• Ensure budgetary alignment and strategic resource allocation.
• Manage agendas, seating arrangements, town hall coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and report on KPIs across the Director's organization (approx. 34-35 metrics).
• Conduct data validation and dashboard integration for performance tracking.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on interpreting data and numerical insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability in leading teams and driving projects to completion.
