Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an optimization initiative within the Third-Party Risk (TPR) space. The STORM application is undergoing major enhancements, and this role will help drive efficiency, process improvements, and system upgrades in close partnership with the Product Owner and Agile teams.

This position sits within Business Execution, requiring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to deliver business-critical solutions under executive-level scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile teams to define user stories, support test planning, and ensure execution.
• Analyze, manage, and upload data into applications (Excel proficiency required).
• Provide functional application support, ensuring smooth deployments and enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support risk reduction initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage requirements, documentation, and deliverables.
• Support supply chain and third-party risk management projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience (senior-level resource preferred; strong mid-levels considered if highly skilled).
• Strong Agile methodology experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, management).
• Background in supply chain or third-party risk management preferred.
• Experience with application support, deployment, and enhancement management.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable in driving initiatives to completion
