Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Efficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts
• Has extensive knowledge of developing dashboards on Tableau and BI tools.
• Exhibits advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

Typical Task Breakdown:

• Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish a relationship between multiple data sources
• Provide data insights to uncover the product improvement opportunities.
• Develops scripts to process data to support business analysis, reporting, and optimization efforts.
• Generates composite queries to dive deep on business-related issues.

Key Projects:

• The BA enables the team to generate metrics and develop dashboards - Compliance Reporting, False Negative Reporting, and other reports for tracking critical metrics for the team.
• The presence of the BA is critical to scale through peak and ensure we are meeting the key deliverable for the team and the org.

Job Description
As a Business Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable reporting platforms, defining and tracking reliable metrics, and building self-service analysis tools to support the rapidly growing demand for data, which will have an immediate influence on business decision making.
