IT Support Technician (Part-Time, On-Call)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Schedule: ~8-15 hours/week. Must be available on-call with 24 hours' notice, Monday-Friday

You'll be stepping in as the local boots-on-the-ground support while collaborating with a remote IT team.

- Provide in-person support at the Santa Clara office during assigned hours or on-call visits
- Coordinate with remote IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
- Maintain and organize inventory of IT hardware and printer supplies
- Ensure prompt and professional support for ad-hoc technical needs
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when on-site
- Willingness to be available on-call with 24 hours' notice during weekdays
