JOB SUMMARY
The physician is responsible for performing tests, laboratory work, and pathological research. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
- Graduate of an Accredited Medical School.
- Board certified / Board eligible in Pathology by the American Board of Pathology.
Experience/Physical Requirements :
Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.
Licensure/Certification :
- Active and unrestricted West Virginia License.
- Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
- Fully credentialed according to medical staff by-laws of the organization.

The physician provides comprehensive clinical/pathology care in the hospital setting. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Family Medicine service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
