About The Position
We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in West Virginia starting Oct 6, 2025. This 80-day opportunity features a rotating schedule of 12-hour day shifts Monday through Friday and shorter weekend hours, with a flexible 2 on, 2 off rotation and one weekend per month. The role involves providing urgent care coverage and utilizing the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide urgent care services for a variety of cases
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute conditions
- Document patient encounters using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to established protocols and clinical guidelines
Additional Information
- Must be licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in West Virginia
- Board certification in Urgent Care required
- Experience in urgent care settings preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
