About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 1-day locum tenens assignment in New Jersey starting Oct 31, 2025. This opportunity requires the ability to suture, splint, and manage a high volume of patients as the sole provider, with shifts running from 8am to 10pm.

- Schedule: 8am-10pm; all patients must be seen before leaving; weekdays until 8pm, weekends until 4pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver urgent care services as the sole provider
- Diagnose and treat a range of urgent care conditions, including COVID
- Perform suturing and splinting procedures
- Manage high patient volumes, especially during peak periods
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
- Ensure all patients are seen before end of shift
Additional Information
- Active New Jersey license, DEA, and CDS required
- Several years of urgent care experience necessary
- Must be comfortable working independently
