NOW HIRING!!! A motivated Assistant Property Manager to support operations, leasing, and resident relations for a high-end property. This role will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure financial goals are met, resident satisfaction is high, and the property maintains its luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operations & Administration Assist in meeting/exceeding financial goals and operating within policies & procedures. Maintain accurate reports (rent rolls, delinquency, move-in/out, etc.) and coordinate legal processes when needed. Schedule vendors, manage billing, and track certificates of insurance. Ensure timely and accurate lease paperwork in Yardi. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and assist with policy development. Respond to emergencies and help maintain community security and appearance. Leasing & Marketing Conduct tours showcasing property features and amenities. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in. Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Build strong relationships with prospects and residents, addressing inquiries promptly. Maintenance Oversight Perform regular property inspections, reporting and resolving issues. Ensure make-ready apartments meet quality standards. Requirements: 2+ years’ property management experience (150+ units); lease-up experience preferred. Yardi Voyager experience a plus. WI Real Estate Sales License (must obtain within 90 days; training reimbursed). Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.
