About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented

Demand Planner / Scheduler

to join our growing team. This role is critical to balancing customer demand, inventory availability, and supplier capacity. The ideal candidate will work closely with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate demand forecasting, efficient production scheduling, and on-time product availability.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales history, market trends, and customer insights. Translate forecasts into supply and production schedules aligned with inventory targets and supplier lead times. Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment requirements to avoid shortages or excesses. Create and manage scheduling plans for inbound shipments and production orders. Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to balance supply and demand. Track supplier production and delivery schedules and follow up proactively to minimize delays. Generate and analyze demand and supply planning reports; present findings and recommendations. Support process improvements and best practices in demand planning and scheduling. Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters in Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent ERP.

Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain. Proficiency in

Dynamics 365 Business Central

or equivalent ERP/MRP systems. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, functions, forecasting tools). Experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and scheduling. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment. Automotive or wholesale distribution experience is an asset. Eligible to work in the USA (valid Work Permit).
