The General Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure world-class customer service, on-time deliveries, and superior product quality. This role is accountable for both the operational and financial performance of the facility, aligning daily execution with company goals and customer expectations.

The General Manager will serve as a visible and motivating leader, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and skilled at building strong teams while driving efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily plant operations, ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration and responsiveness. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations across departments to achieve operational excellence. Develop and execute cost-control strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Lead, mentor, and coach department managers and frontline staff to ensure high engagement, productivity, and accountability. Align facility operations with broader company objectives, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies. Monitor and analyze financial performance, production reports, and operational data to identify opportunities and address variances. Manage budgets, revenue, labor, and expenses to meet or exceed financial targets. Provide regular business updates to senior leadership, including operational performance, sales results, and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive a culture of customer satisfaction, innovation, and operational excellence. Perform additional duties as required by senior leadership.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or plant management. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced

hotel laundry service environment. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational metrics. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is a plus. High attention to detail with adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$125,000 – $145,000 annually Car Allowance:
