Process Auditor

to lead and support audits of business processes and procedures across the organization. This role will focus on evaluating compliance with established operating procedures, identifying risks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that strengthen process integrity and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a background in auditing or process management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct audits of operational processes and procedures in accordance with audit plans and company guidelines. Evaluate process effectiveness, control points, and adherence to established procedures. Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for efficiency or standardization. Review compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements. Prepare clear and actionable audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to understand workflows and support corrective action plans. Develop and maintain process audit programs, checklists, and documentation standards. Support special projects, investigations, and ad hoc process reviews as requested by leadership. Maintain current knowledge of process auditing best practices, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in process auditing, quality auditing, or internal audit in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of process controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies. Experience with ISO 9001, quality management systems, or operational excellence programs is a plus. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, ASQ CQA, or Six Sigma are a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments. Occasional travel to plant locations may be required (up to 10%).
