Key Responsibilities: Controls Engineering Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs and other automation equipment. Support integration of manufacturing equipment with plant control systems. Ensure reliability and safety of control systems while minimizing downtime. Maintain documentation for PLC programs, control panels, and electrical schematics.

OT-IT Integration Connect shop-floor equipment and controls to ERP and MES systems for real-time data visibility. Configure and support industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet). Work with IT and business systems teams to ensure secure and reliable data flow between OT and IT environments. Support deployment of edge devices, industrial PCs, and data acquisition systems.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance Partner with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to identify integration opportunities that improve efficiency and traceability. Implement cybersecurity best practices for industrial networks. Participate in system upgrades, audits, and compliance initiatives (e.g., data integrity, quality standards). Develop technical standards and procedures for control system and IT/OT integration projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field . Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, or OT/IT Specialist. Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation troubleshooting. Hands-on experience integrating shop-floor systems with ERP/MES platforms. Strong knowledge of industrial networks, communication protocols, and cybersecurity practices. Experience with SQL databases, SCADA systems, or data historians is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
