Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain declarative Salesforce solutions that support key business functions and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization to ensure our Salesforce platform effectively supports BAI’s client service, account management, and benefits education teams.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration Manage users, including setup, deactivation, roles, permissions, profiles, and sharing rules Build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders Maintain and optimize Salesforce configuration, including custom fields, objects, page layouts, Lightning pages, and record types Automate business processes using Flows and Approval Processes Partner with the Data Team to support data integrity efforts: deduplication, validation riles, audits, and cleanup Work closely with the Salesforce Development Team on scalable solution design and system architecture Provide internal user support, manage support tickets, and create training materials and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., end user, consulting, or ISV roles) Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration: Flows, page layouts, record types, custom fields, etc. Experience building reports and dashboards to support business insights Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud. Familiarity with healthcare consulting, insurance, or benefits administration industries
