What You'll Do

• Lead with expertise: Apply advanced knowledge across all trade disciplines, construction methods, and safety protocols to drive project success.
• Own the schedule: Oversee daily field operations to ensure milestones and final completion dates are meton time and on budget.
• Coordinate with precision: Align subcontractors and crews to execute work methodically and in full compliance with plans, specs, and industry best practices.
• Ensure quality: Maintain dimensional controls and craftsmanship standards, leveraging third-party survey and layout professionals as needed.
• Drive accountability: Secure inspections, document quality, and manage punch lists and closeout processes with a focus on excellence.
• Communicate clearly: Lead or participate in pre-construction and progress meetings to minimize rework and keep teams aligned.
• Document thoroughly: Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, schedule updates, and correspondence.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Field Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Specialization: Strong preference for candidates with underground utility or paving experience.
• Tech savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling tools like MS Excel and MS Project is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and deliver high-quality results.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Traditional pre-tax and ROTH 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match. 11 paid holidays Accrue PTO each paid period, for a total 15 days their first year, 17 days 2nd 5th year and 20 days 6th 10th year. PTO rolls over from year to year. Tuition Reimbursement up to $4,000 annually.
