Overview Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Tolling Location: Onsite – New Jersey (NJ) / Texas (TX) Senior Business Analyst with specialized tolling domain experience and strong expertise in Agile methodology . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of tolling-related projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for tolling projects. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately. Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide guidance to end-users. Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the tolling or transportation domain. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills. Experience in creating user stories, process flows, and use cases. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
