Are you ready to play a key role in keeping supply chain operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a
Supply Chain Coordinator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the hub of warehouse, logistics, and production activities. In this role, you’ll ensure that products move efficiently through our system—from raw materials to finished goods—while supporting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities : Oversee daily warehouse activities including inventory management, cycle counts, and storage optimization Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overages Ensure accurate records, proper rotation, and safe warehouse practices Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners Review shipping documents and schedules for accuracy Track deliveries and communicate proactively about any delays Partner with customer service to support order status updates Collaborate with production to develop and maintain schedules based on demand and inventory Anticipate capacity challenges and help resolve bottlenecks Partner with procurement to secure timely raw material delivery Serve as the go-to liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics teams
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field 3–4 years of supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment Bilingual a plus!
Physical & Work Environment Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing/walking in warehouse & production settings Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments (cooler/freezer areas)
