Supply Chain Coordinator

What You’ll Do: Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inventory control, cycle counts, and product rotation Manage inbound and outbound shipments, verify accuracy, and prepare shipping documentation Track deliveries and proactively resolve logistics or scheduling issues Partner with production teams to maintain schedules, monitor material availability, and support procurement coordination Act as a bridge between warehouse, logistics, and production to ensure seamless supply chain flow Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field 3–4 years of supply chain, procurement, or warehouse experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bilingual skills are a plus
Work Environment: Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in warehouse and production areas, including temperature-controlled environments (cooler/freezer).
