Power Electronics Design and Development Engineer

Pay Range:
$45/hr. to $50/hr. on w2. The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Power Electronics Design and Development Engineer Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering 5+ years of relevant experience Power electronics / electrical models, simulation experience, and FEA Power electronics specifications expertise Electric motor & powertrain controls experience Power electronics design and release experience Strongly prefer previous hybrid / high voltage experience
Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor of Science in Electrical or System Engineering Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrification, electronics and circuit design and/or development Minimum of 3 years in power inverter, power module design and / or development and testing Demonstrable understanding of power electronics and devices DVP&R and DFMEA creation & execution experience Good analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of Electrical Engineering standards/protocols, and of power electronics devices
