Position Summary:
The VP of Production & Logistics is a strategic and hands-on executive leader responsible for optimizing all manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, and transportation activities. This role will champion efficiency, quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement and building a world-class operations team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead all production, packaging, warehousing, and logistics functions to meet demand, cost, and quality targets. Set and execute operational strategy, ensuring scalability, compliance, and sustainable growth. Develop budgets, manage capital expenditures, and track KPIs for operational performance.
Manufacturing & Quality Oversee manufacturing site in Hauppauge, NY to ensure adherence to cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards. Partner with Quality, R&D, and Planning to align production schedules with business priorities. Ensure operational readiness for new product launches.
Logistics & Supply Chain Lead domestic and international logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. Optimize distribution processes to reduce lead times, improve service levels, and enhance sustainability.
People & Culture Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing operations leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred). 15+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or supply chain, with 5+ years at the senior executive level. Experience in dietary supplements, food, or nutraceuticals
required . Deep knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems. Proven success managing multi-site operations and distribution networks. Strong attention to details and experience with hands on management of teams. Strong financial, analytical, and change management skills.
Preferred Contract manufacturing management experience Lean Six Sigma certification International logistics experience
