We are seeking a
Quality Engineer
with a strong background in
ISO/IEC 17025 compliance
to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing and calibration processes. This role is central to maintaining accreditation standards, managing the Quality Management System (QMS), and supporting continuous improvement in product quality.
Key Responsibilities: Primary Focus - Quality System Management & Compliance Manage and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Coordinate internal audits and support external accreditation and customer assessments. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and control of calibration, testing records, and quality documentation. Drive continuous improvements, incident tracking, and corrective actions within the QMS. Additional Responsibilities Monitor product quality during production, analyze test data, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Define, track, and report quality metrics and KPIs to corporate leadership. Lead initiatives to improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools. Provide training on ISO 17025 procedures and quality standards; serve as quality subject matter expert. Support customer quality teams in resolving issues and collaborate with external
Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 5 years minimum of quality engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO/IEC 17025, testing methodologies, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
