Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate in Burnsville, Minnesota.

Overview

Warehouse Positions pay weekly. Second shift: Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, with overtime as needed. Eligible for benefits after 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
• Highly thorough and dependable; punctual with good attendance.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision; proactive and reliable.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods; adherence to health and safety methods.
• Flexible schedule with various shifts; detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
